  I spoke with Sean (the owner) several times on Monday (4/17/2017) and Tuesday (4/18/2017) because access to the property in question was restricted. Sean gave me several available times and I went back and forth with my realtor (who had to communicate with seller's realtor) and him to find a time that worked. On Tuesday (4/18/2017) at 8:16pm, Sean told me via text message that 9am on 4/29/2017 was available and I replied "perfect, thank you so much Sean, enjoy your weekend". I called him several times on Monday 4/24/2017 and left a text message to ask if the service was to be paid for beforehand and to furnish any details that might have been required. I got no call or text msg back, so I called Tuesday 4/25/2017 to make sure things were squared away and was told by the woman who answered the phone (Elizabeth) that the appointment had been given away after I spoke with Sean. Neither Sean, nor Elizabeth could do anything to rectify their mistake and Sean couldn't seem to care less. At least Elizabeth was polite and professional and seemed genuinely sorry, Sean owned up to his mistake and wouldn't reschedule the appt that was obviously made after mine. This is no way to do business, Sean is a worm who couldn't care less about his potential customers or keeping them satisfied.
